Intellectual Property Rights: The ND retains all ownership rights to the materials provided during your participation in the Program. The copyrighted and original materials you are provided are for your individual use only and with a single-user license. You are not authorized to share, copy, distribute, or otherwise disseminate any materials received from me electronically or otherwise without my prior written consent. All intellectual property, including the copyrighted Program materials, shall remain the sole property of the ND, and no license to sell or distribute materials is granted or implied. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial or personal purposes, any portion of the Program, including any of the Program materials.



Personal Responsibility and Assumption of Risk: The ND has used care in preparing the information provided to you, but the information, Programs, and services have been made available to you as tools for your own personal use and for informational and educational purposes only. You accept full responsibility for your choices, actions, and results, and expressly assume the risks of the Program for your use, or non-use, of the information provided to you.


When we meet in the live community gatherings, we respect each and everyone's right to privacy and confidentiality and we shall make sure to maintain it that way. However, please understand that this is not absolute and is limited to provide for by law. Certain limitations are as follows:

Threatening one's self or another that may result in physical harm;

An act of physical or emotional abuse against a child or any person;

Sexual abuse against a child where the child is living with the abuser;
Whenever we are summoned by court order to disclose information against a participant. However, we shall notify you and let you exercise your privilege in the right to deny the disclosure of your records with us.



WHAT TO EXPECT From Me

As your facilitator, I will:


Hold space for you and will work with you within the group setting to facilitate your learning journey.

Maintain confidentiality: any and all information shared by you will be held confidential by me. This includes all discussions and any written materials. Furthermore, no information will be released to any other individual or agency without your specific consent, unless specifically required by law or if there exists danger of harm to you or someone else.

Maintain a professional relationship with all participants all times.



What I expect from you:


As the participant, you acknowledge and agree that you will:


Maintain Confidentiality: Any and all information shared by another member of the group within session is not to be discussed outside with anyone else. We will maintain the practice of confidentiality in order to build trust and honor the self-determination of what and with whom fellow participants decide to share their stories. Failure to maintain confidentiality and trust will result in removal from the Course. Exceptions to confidentiality include circumstances where there is an intent to seriously harm someone, harm oneself, child abuse or circumstances where the participant is obligated by law to provide information.
